FAQ — Common Errors and Their Solutions

Before contacting support, check the solutions to the main problems:

Error: "Secure Boot / HVCI Enabled"

Solution:

  1. Go into BIOS → Section Security / Boot → Disable Secure Boot (Disabled).
  2. In Windows: Search → “Core Isolation” → Disable Memory Integrity. Restart your PC.
Error: "Driver Load Failed / Error 0xc000007b"

Solution: 1. Install the full Visual C++ Redistributable (2005–2022 All-in-One) package. 2. Install DirectX Runtime (June 2010). 3. Disable Windows Defender using Defender Control or DControl.

Error: "HWID Mismatch / Wrong PC"

Solution: Your key is bound to the old hardware or you changed components. Open a ticket in <<#1537540093458382888>> to reset the binding (HWID Reset).

Error: "Crashes on Inject / Game Crashes"

Solution: 1. Disable all overlays (Discord Overlay, GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, Steam Overlay). 2. Switch the game to Borderless / Windowed mode.
